Sometimes, a listener will ask you a multi-part question after a presentation. They will word it something like this: “I have a two-part question. The first part is . . . and the second question is . . .” Sometimes the questions are related but not always. 

Clearly, this moment can cause you a lot of stress if you let it. In most cases, however, the person asking the questions is not trying to trip you up. They just want to ask their questions in one talking turn.

The first tip is just to not overthink it. Approach each part of their question as if it were its own separate question. Then, simply answer each part, one at a time. But, what happens if you forget what they asked? What happens if they ask too many questions to manage?
