Team presentations are something we don’t often look forward to, especially if one or more of our team members… sucks at presenting. So what should you do if somebody in your group sucks?
In my opinion, the key thing to remember is that it is a TEAM presentation.
And to me, that means that the team presentation will only be successful if everyone on the team contributes to that success.
Find a way to help your “weaker” teammates. Have them watch my videos, give them extra practice, have them do something important that he or she can succeed at.
A good team wins because everyone has a hand in the team’s success. A team presentation is no different.
